New technologies make co-production of public services possible, but, under what conditions do citizens actually engage in coproduction? How can citizens be supported in so doing? CITADEL (Empowering Citizens to Transform Public Administrations) found methods of supporting citizen co-creation processes to make public services more efficient (Horizon 2020, 3.5 mil euro, 2017-20)
